Zoë Larigakis (R.Ac, BSc) is a Registered Acupuncturist with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC.
She has an approach that is empathetic to the full spectrum of the human experience; trauma-informed, gentle, earth-connected and intuitive. She sees our bodies as inherently connected with cycles and patterns of the natural world, and intends in her work to harmonize and heal from this place of remembering our interconnection with Life; supporting your system to remember how to align with the healing forces within the Self and Nature.
Zoë uses Acupuncture needling, Acupressure, Tui Na massage, Gua Sha, Reiki, Reflexology, nutritional therapy, intergrative herbalism, Qi Gong, therapeutic yoga, and meditation as tools for her treatments. She is also a student of Jin Shin Do® Bodymind Acupressure, a modality of gentle, deep acupressure designed to open up space for relief of body tension, psycho-emotional processing, and trauma release.
